Construction season is here and we have work underway on many City streets. The City of Placerville advises everyone to be aware of construction work zones, slow down and drive safely, anticipate delays, and abide all construction signage.

Thompson Way/Cedar Ravine Road:  The City’s Thompson Way Phase 1 project (utility work) has begun and various stages of traffic control will be in effect through the next couple months. Next week, Thompson Way will continue to be closed to through traffic, and Cedar Ravine Road will be under traffic control. Please visit the project website for regular updates and more information. www.cityofplacerville.org/thompson-paving

Middletown Road/Cold Springs Road:  The new development project will begin constructing utility connections in the public roadway over the next couple weeks. Please anticipate traffic control and delays.
