"Zone Change (ZC) 18-01 Cannabis Business Overlay Zone: A Notice of Public Hearing was posted on October 24, 2018, advising that the City of Placerville Planning Commission would be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Town Hall to consider and make recommendation to City Council regarding Zoning Change (ZC) 18-01: ‘Cannabis Business Overlay Zone.’  Staff is recommending that the Planning Commission continue this item to the December 4, 2018 regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting due to a lack of a quorum in order to consider the item.   A memorandum (Item 4.2) on the November 6, 2018 Planning Commission Agenda can be found on the City’s website (https://www.cityofplacerville.org/pc-meetings) pertaining to the recommendation to the Planning Commission to continue this item to December 4, 2018."
